For Maltese businesses, AML risks have never been more prominent and the FIAU’s Part I Implementing Procedures are more detailed than ever.
This webinar aims to cover the key requirements of this document in full with particular attention being given to the newer and more important requirements.
Participants should achieve a strong level of awareness of this critical regulatory document. A key aim of the session is that participants should build confidence and capabilities to create/review/critically evaluate an organisation’s AML P&P and the supporting systems and processes in the context of the FIAU’s Part I IPs.
The event is particularly aimed towards all individuals working within AML Departments. However, the event is also likely to be of interest to people working in other control and support roles (e.g. risk managers and internal auditors) and also to operational and senior management within subject persons.
