Overview
This lecture focuses on how to set up a risk register, the key elements to consider in setting up this register and how to calculate the impact and likelihood of negative events occurring. Reporting of the risk assessment to the Board of Directors will also be discussed together with the upkeeping of risk registers and risk assessments.
